Has my order shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation notice via email when your order has left the warehouse. If it has been more than a few days since the order has been entered, and you still have yet to received shipping confirmation, please contact customer service at marketing@under.me via email and we'll get back to you as soon as we can!

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation notice via email when your order has left the warehouse. The shipping confirmation email will include all the necessary information to track your order. If it has been more than a few days since entering your order and you have not received shipping confirmation, please contact customer service at marketing@under.me via email.

There is a problem with my shipment, what should I do?

Please contact customer service at marketing@under.me via email and we'll get back to you within 1-2 business days.

My order never arrived.. what do I do?

Please contact customer service at marketing@under.me and we'll response within 1-2 business days. Hang in there!

How can I obtain a copy of my invoice for my records?

A copy of your invoice will be automatically included in your shipping confirmation but you can also obtain it by contacting our customer service department at marketing@under.me.

I seemed to have ordered the wrong stuff...is it too late to change?

Once you place an order at Under.me, you cannot make changes through the store. Please email in as soon as possible, so we can correct your order before the goods ship. For assistance please email marketing@under.me and you'll be sure to hear from us within 1-2 business days. Please make the subject "URGENT" so we can assist your situation prior to other emails.

What is the billing time? Is it the same as the order shipment?

Your credit card will only be charged once your order has shipped. (Can take 1-2 business days fropm when you placed the order online). Most orders ship within two days of receiving your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped from the warehouse.

Do I have to pay for sales tax?

Yes. All products require sales tax payment at Under.me

What are the accepted forms of payment?

At Under.me, we accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
