Refunds & Exchanges

If, for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your under.me, we are happy to refund or exchange your item/s.
Please notify us at returns@under.me within 14 days of receipt of your order. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
We currently have return facilities in the UK and Israel. We cannot send out returns labels.
Please note, underwear cannot be returned unless it is sealed. This includes: the thong, the bikini, the boyshorts, the briefs, the trunks, the boxers and the long boxers.

Under.Guarantee

Our garments are made with love, care and attention. Once you have received your under.me items and have made sure they're the right size, we recommend washing them before wearing. If you keep to our washing recommendations, you should not experience any issues. However, if you do experience any faults or issues, you are under.guarantee that we will replace your garment up to 90 days after purchase.
