Most tops are made from our unique 100% premium cotton. Mens briefs and boxers are 100% cotton, our trunks and long boxers also contain 5% elastane for fit and comfort.
Womens underwear may consist of 47% modal, which is a high quality natural fiber.

Modal is a 100% natural fiber made from the beech tree. It is soft, smooth, breathes well
and its texture is most similar to that of cotton or silk. Modal is often considered to have
significant advantages over cotton. It has high resistance to shrinkage and colour fading,
does not form pills as a result of friction and stays soft through repeated washings.
To ensure you get the best wear out of your under.me garments, we recommend machine washing at 30 degrees Celsius. Further washing instructions can be found on your garment label. The under.me collection may be tumble dried on a low heat but is not suitable for ironing or dry cleaning.
Our garments are made with love, care and attention. Once you have received your under.me items and have made sure they're the right size, we recommend washing them before wearing. If you keep to our washing recommendations, you should not experience any issues. However, if you do experience any faults or issues, you are under.guarantee that we will replace your garment up to 90 days after purchase.

We currently ship all our orders via courier service. This service means a signature is required upon delivery. Delivery is during normal business hours of the destination country.
Under.me aims to process your order within 2-3 business days of receiving it. Delivery of your order is usually within 3-5 business days from receipt of order. Occasionally, there are uncontrollable customs delays which may result in longer delivery times. Once your order has dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive your tracking number via email. If you live outside the EU, please be aware that local customs or import duties may be charged when your order reaches your country. We have no control over these charges, so unfortunately cannot predict what they will be. Customers within the EU and Israel should not receive a bill or be asked to pay any customs or duties.
Once you have placed your order, we are unable to make additions to it or change the delivery address. If you need to make changes to the size/color of any item, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. In certain cases, we will also be able to substitute items of the same value. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend your order once it has been placed as we like to process your orders the same day they are received, where possible.
